the room wasn't as soundproofed as i'd hoped. i could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms, which disrupted my sleep a little. also, the shower pressure was quite weak, and it was hard to get a consistent temperature. i found this to be a bit frustrating each morning.

The location was convenient. I could easily walk to many shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast came to my room each morning. It offered a good variety of choices. The staff were helpful, especially with directions.
My room overlooked a very busy main road. The noise was constant, day and night. Opening the window was not an option for me. The bed was not firm enough. I could feel the wooden slats of the sofa.

This hotel had a superb location near the metro station. It was convenient to access all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations. I received clear directions for accessing the building late.

the staff gave clear directions for accessing the building even after i arrived late. they also offered restaurant recommendations i thought was lovely. the breakfast suited me and it was nice having my coffee in bed. the shower were excellent after a long day of walking.
