broken air conditioningdistant location
The location was good, close to nice restaurants, but far from the main attractions. A 30-minute walk to each. the air conditioning did not work. opening the windows introduced a lot of noise throughout the night. i could not get enough rest because of the noise and heat.

the hotel had an excellent breakfast buffet. i appreciated the variety of options available. the staff was friendly. they always tried to be helpful .
the street outside my window was very noisy. i found it difficult to sleep soundly. the corridors had carpets with some stains.

The reception area looked nice, but the corridors need work. I noticed damaged wallpaper and stained carpets, a real shame! Breakfast offered pastries and warm items, however. I was disappointed. Hot chocolate tasted great, at least. This hotel definitely needs refurbishment, though, there's no getting away from it. The room was also quite dark.

charmed find
friendly staffroom terraceuseful recommendation
the staff was friendly. i had a room with a terrace as i requested in advance. i noticed nearby restaurants offered dinner options. the front desk staff gave very useful recommendations, it was nice.
the room was warm and moist, with street-facing window, so it's very loud. the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and there wasn't any ventilation in the bathroom, it was really close to the bed.

breakfast included good gluten-free options. the breakfast buffet is very nice, and cappuccino is strongly recommended. the hotel offers a good and varied breakfast, with plenty of options to start the day well.

the rooms are clean. the shower was powerful and hot. i got a room with a terrace as requested in advance. our room was dark and dated, not like the photos on the website.

the hotel is easily reachable to all the main tourist attractions by foot, taxi and bus. the hotel offers super clean and cozy rooms. the location is excellent, set in a quiet residential neighborhood.
