Totally Awesome Stay!
free upgrade friendly reception warm welcome
This hotel rocks! I got a free upgrade. The reception folks were super friendly. Also the cleaning crew was very polite, and managers welcomed us with drinks plus messages in the room. I loved that the staff had a high attention for every detail!
There was a slight hiccup with the hot water one evening and the next morning, but it was quickly resolved.

The hotel features a gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a pool area contains twenty loungers and one shaded section so you can relax. A dedicated business center has two computers and one printer available .

friendly staff generous breakfast
The staff was friendly. Simone and Carlos assisted with my check-in and check-out. They were helpful. I received a birthday muffin with a candle. This was a nice touch. The generous breakfast met the room's good standard and cleanliness.

the hotel provides clean rooms and a very relaxing stay i found its location to be quite excellent in a lovely quiet neighborhood i enjoyed the very varied breakfast options each morning the staff were wonderfully helpful making the experience romantic.

the hotel is set in a quiet residential area it features many restaurants nearby i appreciated the peaceful atmosphere away from the busier tourist spots the hotel offers easy access to public transport.

my room was clean it had a very comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom i found the room size to be more than adequate with sufficient space for luggage and relaxation.

broken air conditioning distant location
The location was good, close to nice restaurants, but far from the main attractions. A 30-minute walk to each. the air conditioning did not work. opening the windows introduced a lot of noise throughout the night. i could not get enough rest because of the noise and heat.

the hotel had an excellent breakfast buffet. i appreciated the variety of options available. the staff was friendly. they always tried to be helpful .
the street outside my window was very noisy. i found it difficult to sleep soundly. the corridors had carpets with some stains. the elevator was a bit slow, too.

stained carpets damaged wallpaper
The reception area looked nice, but the corridors need work. I noticed damaged wallpaper and stained carpets, a real shame! Breakfast offered pastries and warm items, however. I was disappointed. Hot chocolate tasted great, at least. This hotel definitely needs refurbishment, though, there's no getting away from it. The room was also quite dark.
