The location was very convenient to reach the center! The breakfast was excellent. There was a good selection and it was well prepared. Staff members were friendly and helpful

friendly staff north bay view gluten-free options
The staff were very friendly. dean took time to show us around properly and offered help with bags. i found lovely views of the north bay beach from my room. gluten-free breakfast options were also available. I appreciated that.
the room decor seemed somewhat outdated. however, it wasn't a major issue.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness, offering help with any requests and information. albert did a great job. the host was pleasant, knowledgeable, and cute. i was impressed by their cheerful personalities, a crucial quality in hospitality.

Breakfast included a full english option, prepared fresh upon ordering, very nice. the rump steak served for the evening meal was cooked perfectly and served piping hot. i found the breakfast to be ok. The food was made to order and nice and hot.

lovely sea views friendly staff comfy bed
the location was great for walking to north bay attractions. sea views from the bedroom were lovely. the staff were friendly and cute. the bedroom had everything i needed, tea and coffee making facilities, water, a comfy bed, toiletries, and a hairdryer.
the confirmation message should mention not to drive down the dead end, since the sat nav directs there. this area only has three parking spots, and finding one was difficult. i was asked to move my car for another guest before even checking in.

My room was perfect! it was large and warm when the heating came on at 8pm then off at 11pm. the shower room was a walk in and was really good, providing warm and hot water. I benefited from free wi-fi, which averaged about 30mbit up and 80mbit down.

friendly staff delicious food outdated room terrible shower
The staff were super-friendly! they were all very cute and kind, it. the food was delicious too. I enjoyed the view of the bay during my meals!!!
I think the room felt a bit outdated, it could use some sprucing up. the shower was terrible. It really needs an upgrade.

The room was dated. The shower was not good. The bedding felt old and the pillows offered little support. Breakfast items tasted bland. Only the bacon was good. The bar selection consisted of a half-empty fridge, with no draft ales available.

The hotel's location is excellent. parking availability is a real advantage. the terrace overlooks the sea. It is perfect for afternoon drinks. dean and his team are fantastic. The breakfast is amazing.
the room felt very dated. the shower cubicle had rust. i found a strong smell of damp in the room.
