bland foodburnt custard
the food was NOT good. i mean, it was really bland. the puddings looked like they'd been sitting out for days, all dried up. the custard even had a burnt taste. and when i pointed it out, they just took it away and didn't even bother replacing it. the catering REALLY lets down this beautiful place.

I found the staff quite friendly. They were attentive during meals, clearing plates efficiently. Our room offered beautiful views. I also enjoyed the hot running water, and the spacious bathtub was a definite plus.
The rooms were cold. There weren't any heaters provided. The air conditioning unit was too small to effectively heat the room. I also noticed that the water wasn't replaced in the room after the first day.

the reception staff treated our group to a very nice two-night stay. the staff throughout the hotel were warm and friendly to everyone. the rooms offered a good Standard. the food was overall delicious , with diverse options.
The service, though usually attentive , occasionally lagged. However , this was a minor issue amidst an otherwise flawless experience.
