The hotel had lovely, spacious rooms that featured beautiful furniture. The dinner was delicious! The craft beer and gin selections were diverse, I enjoyed the lake and grounds, it was perfect for walking around.
The exterior walls need a fresh coat of paint. Though the underfloor heating was effective, bedrooms lacked air conditioning or heaters. I had to request a hairdryer, but I had my own adapter.

i found amazing food (the ginger ninja cocktail is awesome!) and superb accommodation. the room was spacious, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. the hotel boasts gorgeous gardens and a really peaceful atmosphere. it was like a relaxing getaway, i loved it!
the hotel lacked air conditioning, this became a bit uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the day.
