the location was good, right next to the mall.
The gym was really disappointing. It seemed old and the equipment looked rusty. there was also a strange sewage smell in the lobby, and i was told it was because of maintenance. honestly, i expected a lot more.

Absolutely Dreamy Getaway!

The staff was kind. Cham especially were very good ensuring I had everything I needed. The location is unique as well, I could walk from door to door to the Nakheel Mall. It seemed like home because the people working there were so professional, but also so warm.
The sound isolation was not the best, and I could hear the noise from passing cars. I think adding better soundproofing could help a lot with this small inconvenience.

The apartments are very spacious and equipped WELL!!! I appreciated having a lovely living area and taking advantage of the kitchen. A washing machine and dryer saved me so much work when I got home.

The super nice team and friendly, from reception to the cleaners. They were always kind with guests, and provided excellent, VERY excellent performance. One guy called Ahmed was very nice and helpful too.

The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool and a fitness center. Being so close to the mall is amazing because you can easily buy and cook food. The location is also close to the Golden Mile park.

The hotel includes breakfast, and has options available to order. The staff will always try to accommodate your needs. So sweet! The Acai Bowl is really nice, so you should try that, at least.
