I received room service daily with very nice towel art. I especially thank Nerice and Kaung for their amazing service . I had a wonderful time at the hotel (I loved the hospitality!).

The reception staff provided really good service . samandar was particularly helpful, offering a room change to a quieter area. kavaya followed up on my comfort and quickly accommodated my requests. i really enjoyed the convenient location. It was perfect.
i found that there was no hair conditioner provided in the bathrooms. i am used to having this amenity and it was a noticeable absence. it would have.

the location was good. cleaning was efficient. staff were helpful, i specifically thank saurabh. the hotel team showed hospitality.
the hotel gym is small. it featured a few dumbbells, a cycle machine and a walk and run machine. the equipment was limited.
