Charmingly Fine Stay
fresh selection helpful staff warm smile
I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It included lots of selections and everything was very fresh. The staff was very helpful and warm . They always wore smiles.

convenient location included breakfast slow check-in multiple signatures
i loved how close the hotel was to st lukes extension center it was about a 5 minute walk or less i also enjoyed that breakfast was included it really set me up for the day.
check in was a bit of a hassle the front desk asked for all the ids of all the people checking in and we had to sign one by one it took quite a while since i booked 3 rooms

worn mattress hard pillows
The location was decent.
I had issues with the room I was assigned. The mattress felt worn , and I did not sleep well. The pillows were also very hard, so I requested softer ones , but they only provided similar ones.
