Average Stay with Significant Bathroom Issues

I found some problems . The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Water pooled on the shower floor because of poor drainage. The air conditioning unit was also quite loud and didn't adequately cool the entire room. It was set at 18 degrees and could not be adjusted, made sleeping difficult.

The staff was polite and helpful, especially with directions. A convenience store operates 24/7 on the ground floor, so buying necessities was easy. I walked to nearby malls without trouble. The guards outside are very helpful with transport options.

The room had tile flooring. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and kept it tidy. Amenities were adequate and met my basic requirements. Beds were great!

I found the hotel personnel, like Concierge Josh and Alex, to be responsive and helpful. The staff offered assistance with directions and transport. The unlimited breakfast started at 6:00 every morning which was good.

i found the room compact yet well-designed, it included a comfortable bed, a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, and a spacious bathroom. air conditioning worked efficiently, and i noticed the room was very clean upon arrival. large windows let in a lot of natural light, i thought .

the beds are comfortable the room and bathroom are clean bathroom slippers robes shampoo and soap are available the staff are helpful the hotel is near sm aura market market and not far from the airport. my cleaner at room 2022 did an excellent job he went beyond his duties the restaurant at the 3rd floor is great and the staff are attentive the staff are very helpful to guests including the guards.
