i appreciated the bright and clean room. the tailor-made breakfast was great. the friendly welcome.
The tea served was instant coffee. That wasn't up to standard. the shower barely worked. that wasn't great.

convenient parking seafront access helpful hosts
i appreciated the on-street parking, convenient. the location allows easy access to the seafront and town centre. arthur and debbie were cute, offering help and local insights.
the shower's water pressure was a little weak.

the hotel is a short walk to the beach and attractions like the hippodrome circus. parkrunners will find it two minutes from the parkrun start (perfect for a morning jog!).

the hosts remember guests' names, demonstrating attentive service. arthur and debbie go above and beyond to ensure comfort. i found nothing was too much trouble for them.

check in, it was quick. the room, it had what i needed. the breakfast, it was delicious. the location, it is a short walk to the beach.
the teapot, it had instant coffee. the shower, it only just worked. it wasn't great.

cute hosts clean room comfortable bed weak shower poor tea difficult parking
the hosts were cute and helpful. they remembered my name, that was a nice touch. my room was a good size and it was clean. the bed was comfortable.
the tea was not great at breakfast. the shower was not very powerful. the street parking outside was sometimes difficult.

weak pressure instant coffee
The shower pressure was REALLY weak. It made it hard to wash my hair. I expected better after seeing such a high rating! the instant coffee at breakfast also disappointed me, i prefer fresh coffee.
