I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh. The hotel offered convenient underground car parking. It was necessary to book this option in advance. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful .
I found hair in the bathtub upon arrival to my room. The shower head tended to slip down, hard for me to use. I was charged an unexpectedly high price for taxis to the airport. The initial price was much lower.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to the mall and only a short walk to the bridge. The staff was helpful and friendly. I really appreciated their assistance with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. I also found the breakfast to be very good with many selections.
The water pressure in the shower fluctuated a little.

This location is central, near the sites, the metro, public transportation and the Palladium Mall. The area is quiet and safe. MANY restaurants and shops are nearby. I felt comfortable walking around at any time.

The staff was helpful and with good communication. the room was clean and it had a very clean bathroom was spacious. inside my room, there was temperature control. I found the airflow strength was optimal. i got a bolt from the airport for a fair price.
my pre-teen son had to listen to neighbors due to the walls being paper thin. every single sound was audible. the neighbor returned very late.

The hotel has a great location. I found it easy to reach many attractions on foot. The staff at the reception was helpful. They provided useful information. The room had adjustable temperature control. I liked this feature.
The room I had was small. It felt quite basic. There were no complimentary water bottles in the room. I expected this in a hotel of this standard. The pillows were not comfortable.
