Wonderful stay
easy access varied choices great views
The hotel's location allowed easy access to major attractions. I liked that the breakfast included many varied choices. The rooftop terrace provided great views. The city looked beautiful from above. All these aspects enhanced my visit.
The front-facing rooms were noisy at night because of the busy main road. This made sleeping difficult. I was eventually moved to a quieter room, but this disrupted my stay.

wide range friendly staff rooftop access
the breakfast included a wide range of food for all tastes. reception staff seemed friendly. the rooftop is accessed via lift to floor 8. from there is only one flight of stairs.
the room attendant switched the air con back on each day. this was a minor inconvenience.

dark room incorrect charge
the breakfast was good with a wide choice of foods.
The room i got had no view at all. I saw only a white concrete wall and it was hard to know if it was raining or sunny. it was a very dark room, and i wouldn't have booked the place had i known this was the outlook. plus, i was charged for beer i didn't even drink from the room (quite frustrating).

The hotel location was excellent. It was easy to walk everywhere. The staff at the reception, breakfast, and cleaning areas were all friendly and helpful. The room included a good shower.
The rooms were small. I could barely lock the door. Drains had an unpleasant smell.

The location was centralan easy stroll to major attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices each morning. I found the staff very helpful and cute. The room was always clean and well-kept . Ensuring a comfortable environment.
The elevator was a bit slow. Though it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

My room featured a comfortable bed and sufficient space for luggage, besides providing a lovely view of the surroundings. The temperature control worked effectively. Keeping the room at my preferred setting. Bathroom amenities included a hairdryer and fresh towels were available daily.

Staff members were consistently responsive to requests and inquiries, and they addressed any issues quickly. Check-in was efficient. With a clear explanation of hotel amenities and local attractions. I appreciated the friendly and helpful attitude of the entire team.

The hotel provided free Wi-Fi access throughout the building, and it maintained a stable connection. Breakfast was available from 7 AM to 10 AM, with a range of hot and cold items. The common areas were always clean and well kept.
