a decent stay

the hotel location is convenient, close to transit options. terminal 21 offers many options for shopping and dining. the minibar included complimentary juices.
the air conditioning made a constant whistling noise while it was running. this disrupted the overall comfort of my stay (i found this annoying). the staff asked for reviews after performing simple tasks. this felt insincere.

limited gym street noise
i was a little disappointed with the gym. it only had a couple of treadmills and some free weights. i had hoped for a more comprehensive workout space. also, the noise from the street at night was noticeable (even from my room on the 6th floor). it made it a bit difficult to fall asleep quickly. the hotel could benefit from better soundproofing.

convenient access station access whistling noise review practice
the location near exchange tower offered convenient access to terminal 21 and the bts station.
the air conditioning emitted a constant whistling noise, disrupting the comfort of the room. i also found the hotel pushing guests for reviews after even the smallest interactions, and it felt manipulative.

i stayed in a clover style king room. the breakfast selection was very good with a genuine quality.
the rooftop pool area seemed smaller than the photos suggested, limiting lounging space.
