The staff was helpful. the room was spacious and clean! the hotel area was also very nice. It was in a great location. the front desk was helpful.
the bathroom fixtures were dated. the shower hose was disgusting. i noticed dirt all around the marble surrounding the sink. the slippers in the wardrobe had been worn.

the front desk provided bagged service. they were able to hold my luggage after checkout until my departure. the staff ensured a seamless experience with luggage handling. the hotel values customer service.

not the best experience, some issues
large roomlack of soundproofingmusty smell
the room was large, i suppose it was clean enough on the surface.
The noise was a real problem here. the hotel wasn't soundproof at all! i could hear people talking loudly in the corridors, and even though the street was far from any main roads, i could still hear the noise. it was really difficult to get a good night's sleep. also, there was a musty smell in the room. Not very pleasant.
