i was really charmed by my stay. the location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, and i discovered many restaurants nearby. the self check-in process was impressively easy. the staff responded very fast via whatsapp, it was a comfort.
the room was a bit too hot, the ac unit seemed to struggle keeping up with the heat wave.

The location was great. I could easily walk to all the main attractions. Access was easy using the provided codes. Rooms were clean and modern.
I never received the message that I had to pre-register to get the codes. I was standing outside trying to figure out how to get in. (It took over an hour.) The decor was not to my liking.

the room was very clean and well-kept , it had a comfortable bed. i found the location convenient because major attractions were within walking distance. the check-in process was straightforward with clear instructions provided beforehand. i could leave my luggage in the storage room both before check-in and after check-out , which was helpful.
the balcony was quite small and overlooked a courtyard that was not very well kept. i felt that communication could have been better , especially regarding a lost item.
