The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted with recommendations.
The hairdryer was broken. The air conditioning did not work and there were empty beer cans left in the room. It was very disappointing

the breakfast room and food were unbelievable, i cant stop thinking about it! the staff helped me make dinner reservations, it was super easy. i also found the garage well organized, so parking was not a problem at all.
The gym was small. I would have appreciated more equipment. i wanted more space for my workout. everything else was great though!

The junior suite included a walk-in closet. This was ideal. the suite reminded me of a moroccan casita, very charming. new furnishings and ample natural light made the room cute.

Enrico at reception was nice. valerio, mattia, daniela, and eda in the kitchen and breakfast area were helpful. darius assisted me with extending my stay. He handled all arrangements personally.

The hotel is near main attractions. I walked everywhere. the area feels safe. This is close to the u. s. general consulate. the location is very convenient and accessible.

Breakfast was delicious and good. the hotel has led lighting throughout. It felt new. the garage was a great facility. It provided secure parking on site.

The location is reasonable to access local bars.
The air conditioning smelled bad, disappointing. There were also signs of humidity in the bathroom. I did consider the breakfast pretty varied.
