The staff was really friendly. the hotel connected directly to the airport. It was perfect after a late arrival! rooms were clean and had everything i needed.
The restaurant service was terrible! it was really slow. the front desk woman was awful. She was rude and dismissive. the food quality was poor. i had a bad experience with the margarita pizza. It tasted like frozen pizza.

the hotel's location directly at the airport was convenient, especially after a late arrival.
i had issues with the staff at the restaurant they ignored our requests. later, a staff member threatened that i would have to pay for cutlery if i didn't return it promptly. the restaurant staff also asked us to leave while we were eating food we brought from the airport.

I appreciated the proximity to terminal 1. walking to the check-in counter at 4 am was super convenient. the staff was very efficient and helpful. They provided excellent service.

The hotel is directly connected to the airport via a walkway. This eliminates any need to go outside. there is also easy access to the bus terminal, very convenient. The hotel itself is quite good.
