solid stay near the action

the hotel has a really good location near main attractions. i liked that the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet included fresh fruit and pastries. i found the bed comfortable and had enough space for luggage.
sound travels easily through the walls so i could hear street noise. this made it hard to sleep in sometimes. i also noticed i had some trouble connecting to wifi occasionally.

the room included a large bathroom with a rainfall shower. there were two big towels, a hand towel, and a foot towel. the bed had a good mattress and i found usb plugs near the bed, so i could charge my phone easily.

the hotel staff was responsive to needs and gave help when asked. breakfast included hot items that changed everyday. coffee and drinkable water was available 24 hours on every floor to fill their bottles.

the hotel is close to metro and bus stations, so it was easy to get around. the area is a bit solitary at night though. the hotel is within walking distance of the arts museum.

The staff are very friendly, breakfast IS included and the location is near Balderas Metro Station. I liked the styling of the hotel and the breakfast provided was great, especially with the amazing christmas decor. I was able to rest before beginning my day due to early check-in.
