The location was wonderful. I found it near the train station, very easy to get around (i adored this city!). the room had nice amenities with a nespresso machine and tea maker. the bed was large, modern, and very comfortable, i felt pampered.

I contacted the hotel in advance to ask about parking, but there weren't any reasonable options shared. the staircase was quite brutal. I stayed on the third floor and the climb with luggage was a challenge.

the room featured clean white towels and small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. plates, knives, and forks were available for guest use, a bar of soap with a pleasant scent was also available. the mini fridge provided a nice touch.

breakfast took place at a nearby café (about a five-minute walk), offering convenient dining. the in-room nespresso machine and tea maker allowed for preparing drinks. the minibar provided some items, but they were not fully stocked.

staff addressed a light issue in the bathroom immediately upon my arrival. they even left a spare battery light, in case the issue returned during the night, a thoughtful gesture. the staff was lovely, polite, and helpful.

the room included a stylish bathroom with a frosted glass window as a door. the telephone system allowed easy door access. there was a tv in the room, but its bracket was defective and the battery in the remote was flat.

the room was very nicely decorated. it felt modern and cozy. i found the bed very comfortable. the location is central.

i found the stairs to reach the rooms very steep. it was difficult to manoeuvre with luggage. there were no staff to speak to about any issues unless it's an emergency. the area is noisy.
