Gardens are lovely. It's a relaxed atmosphere! the hotel was well lit. the car park was easy to find. It had lots of spaces. the hotel is fine inside and out.

the location was perfect though the parking was easy.
I ordered breakfast and the sausage was undercooked. the poached egg was not good either, it was wrapped in cling film. the waiter offered to get me something else, but i declined. It ruined the meal.

the breakfast was amazing. it was all fresh and really tasty. staff were attentive. the room was presented well and comfortable. it is close to the m74.
Children were running and banging. in the corridors. That was not good. this was due to parties in the hotel. it was a modern hotel. there was no air conditioning though.

the restaurant visit wasn't great when we went for dinner there. drinks came with soda water instead of lemonade in the gin. later, the chips with the main course were cold, that was disappointing. nobody came back to see if we wanted more drinks. i waited ages for the bill and then it was wrong, it was a mess

The location was good for my plans and easy to access. the service and food was great. I recommend it. the facilities looked elegant. Breakfast was good and the dining room was nice.
The staff was nice, but the room was right above a reception room. I could hear noise until late.
