the view of loch ness from our bedroom window just blew me away! delicious food in the dining room overlooking the loch added such a lovely touch to every meal. finishing the evening with a wee dram in the comfy lounge was so relaxing. the staff were also nice!

the sealant around the basin plug hole in the downstairs ladies' guest toilets looked a bit tatty.

Our room wasn't serviced once during our three-night stay. there were also no towel rails, so our towels were always wet. That was really annoying. getting a drink after 9pm was impossible!

the view was amazing from the garden. the loch ness view was definitely a highlight. the staff was pleasant, and they gave a warm welcome upon arrival. the food was good and i found the presentation was excellent.

The room was too dark. The lampshades probably caused this. the directions to the location wasnt very good. we thinks they needs extra signs.

I enjoyed the food . the restaurant offered great meals. the views from the dining room extended over the loch. the provided breakfast selection was very satisfying. the room was quite comfortable. It had everything i needed. the bathroom was clean. it included a good shower.

The hotel needs a little freshening up. It looked a little tired.
