charming highlands stay
lovely decorcomfortable loungefantastic food
the hotel decor was lovely. it had a perfect setting. the lounge area offered games, and reading material was available. the on-site restaurant was a plus, and the food tasted fantastic.
the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent at times.

The family room had ample space. newer decor was present throughout the room. the room included mountain views, and all areas were clean upon arrival for our stay. It was a great room.

mixed feelings about the stay
small roombathroom condition
the room i had was quite small it overlooked trees and the car park not the mountains i had hoped for it certainly did not seem worth the price i paid furthermore i found the bathroom quite dated and the fact you have to pay extra for a hot breakfast was unexpected i was not informed beforehand i would have preferred more clarity. the staff was too busy socialising. no towel rack was available to hang towels.
