I find the staff is friendly. My room included useful amenities. The location is central to everything important. The breakfast selection included varied fruit, charcuterie, cheeses. pastries.

The shower head kept falling down, I had to use dental floss to keep it up so I could shower. Breakfast seemed like eating in a roadside diner. I SUSPECTED the sheets weren't changed at first, staff replaced them when I asked, but it made me worry.

i found a few issues . the walls seemed thin. i could hear noises from adjacent rooms, specifically plumbing sounds. also, the bed made noise with every movement. these factors detracted from what could have been a more restful visit.
