convenient and well-located
roomy apartmentconvenient codecomfortable bedblocked sink
the apartment was roomy and functional it had a code to enter instead of keys. this was very convenient when four people stayed i liked this system. the beds were comfortable.
the bathroom sink was blocked upon arrival i found the smell unpleasant. i had to buy bleach to clean it myself the issue was not immediately resolved.

the apartment has a nice kitchen unit everything was clean and tidy. it is equipped with what one needs for a stay the rooms are spacious and warm which is appreciated.

the location is close to the center on the lower part of the royal mile this makes it easy to access many attractions. i found that it is quiet at night despite its central location. the access to restaurants and groceries is convenient.

i must say, i encountered a few issues. the heating was INADEQUATE. also, the shower temperature was terribly inconsistent. it fluctuated wildly. this needs IMMEDIATE attention.

The tap in the bathroom was broken, made washing up difficult. The lounge did not have enough space for four people to sit comfortably. We felt cramped. Getting the internet access details needed for check-in was also inconvenient. It added an extra step to the process! The pictures online made it difficult to know which room we were actually getting, this caused confusion.

The apartment's location on the royal mile was perfect. I found everything i wanted to see within easy walking distance. Customer service responded quickly via text message which was convenient. The breakfast items left in the room were a lovely touch. The accommodation suited my family of four perfectly.
I noticed a slight delay in the contactless entry system but it was quickly resolved with assistance.

The apartment had a modern design and was clean when I arrived. This created a cute atmosphere. The bedrooms were beautiful. This allowed us to have a relaxing personal space. The living areas were also very comfortable.

honestly, the room was less than super clean. it felt tired for the price i payed. the paint was marked and the soft furnishings looked sad. i needed those ear plugs cause of the noise outside too. not great.
