i found the rooms clean and the beds very comfortable. it was nice to come back to relax after sightseeing especially with the hot weather. the casino and restaurants provided good options for entertainment and dining

I found block 5 to be very quiet. It seemed the newest. my conference at the hyatt was a quick walk each morning (a real bonus!). i was also happy my room was far from the casino. that setup definitely helped ensure a good night's sleep.

The phone in my room didn't work, so i had to walk to reception for assistance. i also asked twice for a tax invoice to be emailed so i could be reimbursed. I never received it.
