Mediocre Stay. Issues Present
impersonal service worn fittings
My stay had some downsides. The service felt impersonal. Staff did not seem invested in guest satisfaction. The buffet was overpriced for its quality. Selection felt limited. FINALLY, maintenance was to be lacking in some areas. Some fittings looked worn.

adequate stay, some issues noted
cold pool bizarre excuse
the staff were friendly when we spoke to the hotel about our requests.
The pool was very cold. It seemed like an ice bath. it was quite amusing to watch people put their feet in then walk away. the only excuse given was it wasn't heated. that was quite a bizarre excuse.

airport shuttle entry building reusable bottles
the resort features a complimentary airport shuttle (a great convenience without rental cars). the main entry building includes various bars and restaurants. reusable water bottles were a nice touch.
the bar stops serving meals quite early, at 5:30 pm.

the king bed in my room was very comfortable. i found the rain shower to be a wonderful feature. the staff were friendly and efficient during my dining experience.

well kept shrubs spacious balcony reusable water bottles tired rooms operating lift precooked burger
the hotel had well-kept shrubs all around the hotel. my room faced east and included a spacious, deep balcony with views of the resort. i found complementary water and reusable water bottles, which i thought was a nice touch.
the resort rooms seemed a little tired on the outside, though nice inside. my room was on the 3rd floor. there was no operating lift for luggage, not ideal. the food was not freshly cooked to order, and the wagyu burger was only well done since it was precooked
