Wonderful hotel with excellent location

The hotel has a great location. It is near the Bosphorus. I could walk to luxury restaurants with great views. I paid 20 euros for parking in front of the hotel. The mattresses was comfortable and clean. Reception staffs was very kind.
I noticed considerable noise from the street at night, even on the ninth floor. This interfered with sleep.

The staffs offered helpful service at the reception. They answered all questions that I had quickly. I appreciate the staff attention and helpfulness when I need assistance .

The room was clean. It has useful amenities. I found the bed comfortable after a long day of travel. I slept soundly at the hotel room. The room temperature was easy to adjust with the thermostat.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed provided very good comfort for sleeping. I appreciated that the breakfast included a wide variety of food options (with slight changes daily). The personnel proved friendly and helpful .
The street outside could be a bit noisy at times, particularly with traffic. Windows don't provide complete soundproofing.

The hotel is a short walk from the tram station for the old city. Galata Tower is within walking distance, though up a steep hill. The hotel's central location offers easy access to many attractions.

The reception staff was helpful and polite. Staff members were patient and very informative when answering my questions. I received fresh drinking water daily (a nice touch).
