the staff was very friendly. salin guided us with the details for our stay. omus offered us tea and coffee after our checkout and weighed our luggage. the breakfast was simple and enough.
the room was small. it was difficult to leave a 28 inch carrier open. noise from nearby bars was high. the insulation is less than adequate.

the location is excellent, very close to istiklal street. the staff, especially asya and burak, were friendly. the hotel is near the metro. the room was clean, as was the bathroom. i appreciated the cake i received on my birthday.. it added a personal touch to my stay.
the street had some noise at night due to a bar nearby.

i appreciated the hotel's location on the main shopping street. the staff were very friendly. the rooms were very clean. it was obvious this hotel has been renovated recently.
the mini bar had very high prices.
