The hotel had daily room service. Towels were fresh daily. The staff members were helpful. The private beach area had free umbrellas and sunbeds. Several swimming pools are on the premises. I found many activities for children at this location.
The pool area was a little slippery. I saw several people almost falling there. The alcohol options were limited. Only local spirits were available

the food selection had plenty of variety and seemed fresh. rooms had a nice balcony and were cleaned well. the animation team was cheerful and worked hard to keep everyone engaged (i especially liked their energy).
The poolside toilets needed more frequent mopping and attention. They often felt wet. some areas around the pool and sunbeds could have been cleaner, with cups and plastic cups left uncollected. i noticed some guests had fallen on steps leading down to the bar from the pool, as they got very slippery.

The kids club was a very nice addition. The lady there was very friendly. There was also an outside yoga class EVERY DAY! I really enjoyed my Family Room Sea View. It was very very nice. The room was also very clean.
I found that some aspects of the hotel could use a little updating.
