the hotel food was ok, i guess it met my expectations.
my room felt very small, two suitcases barely fit. the balcony was a joke, i could hardly move around the small table. the entertainment lacked variety, i expected better for the money i spent.

i found the guest relations team responsive and helpful via whatsapp for any requests even after my stay ended i appreciated that level of attentiveness. i cancelled one person from a booked excursion for two and received an immediate refund without any issues the process was seamless. the all inclusive concept fit my budget well providing good value for money and i enjoyed the hotel's private beach area. the variety of food available throughout the day was a definite highlight offering plenty of choices during meal times.
the process of paying at the hotel caused some issues and mistakes which slightly detracted from my two night stay.

the room had soft linen and the bed was very comfortable i requested a flat top sheet instead of the throw. the en suite fittings were high standard ensuring consistent temperature and water flow while showering. housekeeping maintained a very high standard of cleanliness on my floor.

the restaurant was clean and staff were available at each section to help the food was of excellent quality. the coffee shop operated 24 hours and was a great facility. the pool bar always had staff present who kept the area very clean.

the beach section was well maintained and there were plenty of loungers. the spa visit was worthwhile and upgrading my package provided excellent value with really good treatments. the lobby was light and airy with great air conditioning creating a comfortable welcome.

i found the hotel well managed with mostly young staff providing a excellent level of service and professionalism. specific staff members were especially helpful making my stay a wonderful experience. the staff were very attentive.
