decent location, some issues

great accessuncleaned roomunmet request

the hotel's location gave great access to shops. i appreciated being so close to everything.

the room wasn't serviced one day. i returned at 7:30 pm to find it uncleaned and then i waited in reception for nearly an hour. no refreshments were offered while i waited. also, i booked a specific room type with twin beds, but that request wasn't met.
