I found the staff helpful. Their assistance was invaluable. the hotel's direct access to nelson mandela square and santon city malls was convenient. i especially appreciated the proximity to halaal food courts, just a minute from the elevator, particularly helpful for families.
the room service menu felt slightly limited for late-night options.

great location helpful staff cold pool repeated requests
The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was inside a shopping center (so convenient!), so walking to restaurants was simple. A visit to Nelson Mandela Square proved a highlight during my short stay. The staff at the concierge were very helpful.
The pool was unheated and very cold for swimming. I had requested two separate covers for the bed, as I was traveling with a friend. It took three requests before I finally got a second cover (I wish it had been simpler).

decent location, some issues
uncleaned room unmet request
the hotel's location gave great access to shops. i appreciated being so close to everything.
the room wasn't serviced one day. i returned at 7:30 pm to find it uncleaned and then i waited in reception for nearly an hour. no refreshments were offered while i waited. also, i booked a specific room type with twin beds, but that request wasn't met.
