the staff offered fantastic service. the room featured a large bed. the blackout blinds worked well, and i slept soundly. the included breakfast had many great options.
the towels could be fluffier. i did notice that.

the restaurant bar is lovely. i found the food very good. there is no need to go out for meals if you would rather stay in. the chef prepared a delicious chicken wrap.

the surrounding area felt lovely. i walked to the local mall, and it was only 1 km away. i felt quite safe. i likely wouldn't walk at night.

The breakfast options were amazing and delicious. All staff were very courteous. The room was big. The room was also very comfortable.
The towels could be softer. I also think the towels could be fluffier. The room was not quite what I had expected. It reminded me of a hotel stay.

The staff was charming. Busi and Trish were AMAZING and answered every question. The gentlemen in the breakfast room provided stellar service. I was impressed by such responsiveness! I felt safe here. The hotel is fully gated. A security guard is present 24/7.
The towels could be softer. I found them a bit rough. They could be fluffier.

Parking is available on site, a significant benefit. The rooftop pool area includes a smaller pool. The hotel features a restaurant with service for lunches and dinners. I did not feel a need to leave.

The area felt safe, even when walking around the Rosebank mall area. This location is close to many amenities. The hotel even offers complimentary car service to and from the airport. The airport trip took around 30 minutes by taxi.

The room featured comfortable beds. The room included a refrigerator. The shower had great water pressure. High-speed wifi was available and reliable enough for video calls. I could do my work without interruption.
