Really good Experience Inside the City Walls
spacious suite lovely views gracious service
I stayed in a spacious suite that had great amenities. Multiple windows provided lovely views! I enjoyed dinner at La Barbacane. The food was AMAZING!!! The maitre de maison was very gracious, and breakfast provided an excellent start to each day.
Some spotlight bulbs were not working.

Amazing stay inside the city walls
beautiful gardens excellent location friendly staff
I was charmed with the gardens right on the walls of the city. The hotel reminded me of a true oasis. The lunch set menu in the restaurant provided excellent value. The staff were really fantastic. They are friendly and knowledgable.
I found a spot light bulb not working in my room! It was a small detail, though noticeable.

The room was comfortable. It included french doors onto a private patio! and windows which opened easily. the staff decorated my room for my anniversary, though the decor was simple

really good location friendly staff amazing view average room dated shower bathtub flood
the location was really good within the ancient walls. a shuttle provided a vip entrance. the staff were very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the amazing views.
the room felt very average and not five stars. the shower was dated and had some issues working properly. it took a day for repairs and the bathtub flooded when i used it.

convenient parking lot private electric car pastry selection
The hotel provided a convenient parking lot outside the city walls. A private electric car transported us and our luggage into the city. The breakfast buffet included eggs cooked to order, which i found very pleasing. I REALLY enjoyed the pastry selection during breakfast.

romantic stay inside history
large terrace excellent meal smooth collection
the hotel has a fabulous location inside the walled city. it created a atmospheric arrival. my room included a large terrace. i enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant. the hotel car collection was very smooth and the driver was excellent and cute.
the room lacked a coffee machine and only offered instant coffee. this detail did not meet the expected standards for a hotel of this category.
