I stayed for several nights and found multiple pools available. I noticed many sunbeds, even during busier times of day. I used the spa and enjoyed the sauna. The staff were helpful with directions.

the hotel boasts a beautiful quiet location near a fine marina. rooms are spacious and cleaned daily! a wide selection of gluten-free food was clearly marked with symbols. i found the staff friendly and helpful, contributing to a relaxing holiday.
The pool area sometimes lacked enough umbrellas. Securing one required an early start.

the hotel wanted cash for the room safe and towel deposits, something i found quite bizarre. i rarely carry cash! they suggested using the on-site cash machine, though that incurred an extra charge. on check-out, i received the cash back. i now have euros that i can't easily use. also, the hotel did not accept amex, a major inconvenience.

i stayed at this hotel for five nights and found the staff very helpful. reception was efficient, and they extended the all-inclusive benefits until 6 pm on my departure day. the grounds were clean, and i appreciated the water machines located around the resort. a well-equipped gym with spinning facilities was also available.
the only slight drawback was the occasional long wait for drinks at the bar during peak times.

The rooms felt very spacious. I also enjoyed the many pools available. proscecco at breakfast was a nice touch, i appreciated that detail. i found breakfast to be especially good.
Queues were a major problem. This impacted the bars. i also noticed a lack of sun shades, and some were old and damaged. the pool areas were not always tidied. i noticed this a couple of times .
