great location and friendly service
superb location friendly staff fresh bedding
the location is superb, close to many shops and restaurants. staff members were helpful and friendly. the bedding was fresh and clean , and i found the room to be great value. parking nearby was readily available on the street.
the lift involved navigating a few stairs , which could be difficult for some guests.

The staff was very helpful. They stored our luggage for some hours after check-out. This happened the morning we needed to catch the ferry. The staff also pre-ordered a taxi for us. It arrived punctually.
The bedroom was not great. It was very austere. The room was small and noisy because of deliveries on the road. Seagulls also contributed to the noise.

friendly staff great location parking area dated room falling curtain no tea
the staff were friendly. i liked the location because it was close to the center with its shops. it was nice that i could park on the hotel forecourt (i didn't miss my dinner reservation at a restaurant!).
my room was dated and in need of a refurb. the curtains were falling down. there were no tea making facilities.

central location friendly staff ample breakfast
The location is very central. Off road parking exists across the road and it was free. The hotel is near the town center plus many bars and restaurants. I stored my bike easily. Friendly staff. Breakfast was also good. I could choose a free drink instead of room cleaning when staying for two nights or more. The breakfast includes eggs, cereal, bread, croissants, coffee, juice, fruit, and yogurt. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offers pleasant seating areas in the lobby.
The room felt a little bit dated.
