small bathroombroken tv
the stay started well, yet some aspects left me feeling a bit let down. our "privilege double room view" room had a strangely small bathroom. it lacked a rain shower, something i would expect in a hotel of this class. the tv did not work, i reported this right away, but it wasn't fixed until the second day, it was good, this really bothered me.

The bathroom was quite small. It felt cramped. the television did not function during my entire stay, despite reporting it. there was no resolution offered besides a room change to a room of lesser quality.

convenient locationbad air conditioning
the location was very convenient. It made seeing local attractions easy.
the air conditioning unit barely functioned. i had trouble sleeping because the room remained warm all night. It was really annoying.
