really good service and beautiful views
helpful staff daily cleaning beautiful waterfall
i found the check-in process quick. the front desk staff were very polite. they were also helpful. our room was cleaned every day. anna maria, the breakfast lady, was wonderful. she was warm and kind. the hotel sits on a tree covered cliff. a beautiful waterfall is visible from the breakfast room.
the hotel is old. it needs refurbishment. rooms are poorly equipped.

the hotel provides free car parking upon advance reservation. the entrance can be tight. the hotel offers a private beach with direct access. there is no elevator, so guests must climb stairs to reach breakfast.

staff were consistently friendly. they made arrival smooth. front desk staff provided helpful information about visiting capri. anna maria serves breakfast. she is super kind and makes cappuccino.

The staff communicated easily. I also found the breakfast good. The coffee was nice to start the day. The hotel provides free parking.
The bathroom was very small. I noticed the shower situation was not ideal. The furnishings felt cheap to me.

Excellent Stay with AMAZING Views
lovely views helpful staff private beach easy walk
The location provided an easy walk into the town center. The views were lovely, extending out to the sea. Staff members were very helpful with directions and local spots. I also really enjoyed the private beach access, a bonus .
The shower had a small space. I wish it was a bit bigger.

small bedroom unpleasant lady
The bedroom I was given was really small. I didn't get the room I was advised on. I had to empty a container out on the balcony daily. It caught water from the air conditioning system. The dining room felt cramped. My wife gave up on having breakfast after the first morning. The lady running the dining room wasn't very pleasant.

good food comfortable sleep private beach
I found the breakfast to be a good way to start the day. There was a decent choice of food available to prepare me for my trips. Air conditioning offered comfortable sleep during warm weather. The hotel is near 2 restaurants. Both offered excellent food.
I noticed some rocks on the private beach area. They felt sharp.
