i paid for a pool view, but this was covered by the canopy of the restaurant (it was a bit disappointing). there was no complimentary tea and coffee tray. the room was basic.

I found the pool area very beautiful with nice gardens around it. The breakfast offered plenty of fresh options. The staff provided pleasant and helpful service. The kitchen prepared delicious food at a great value.

The hotel is located a short bus ride from the main town. There are some very nice restaurants nearby that offer great sea views. The hotel is away from the main center, so the area is more quiet.

The staff went above and beyond finding my daughter's lost purse. They helped us plan a trip with good advice on best ways to travel. They were all super friendly and helpful .

Satisfactory stay with some drawbacks
maintained pool friendly staff basic breakfast long walk
The pool was well kept. There were always sunbeds available near the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful . The hotel rooms were very clean.
The breakfast was basic with not much choice. I found the walk to the town center to be a bit long. It took about 20 minutes.

modern interior friendly staff outdoor pizza oven
the hotel has a modern interior with traditional outside spaces. the staff were very friendly and offered excellent service. i really liked the outdoor pizza oven and tables among the lemon and lime trees.
rooms have thin walls, so you may hear your neighbours.

the pool area looked very beautiful and well maintained (a great plus. there is an outside bar area enclosed with retractable walls that is convenient for a quick drink. the hotel provides convenient parking if you plan to explore by car.

the breakfast had many options and was quite good. i thought the restaurant food tasted good (especially considering the 20% discount for hotel guests). there were relaxing outdoor seating options among lemon and orange trees.

the hotel stands at a calm, quiet spot of the area. the train station can be reached with an easy 20-minute walk. it's approximately a 20-minute walk to the town center.

the receptionist was very helpful and friendly upon arrival. i appreciated how francesca explained the hotel's features with a smile. the staff was generally cute and helped with luggage.

clean pool area available sunbed lovely terrace basic breakfast no tea unpleasent walk
the pool area was really clean. i liked that a sunbed was always available. the staff was pleasant. the terrace near the pool was lovely.
the breakfast didn't have much choice. scrambled egg and veg were present, but i wanted more. there wasnt complimentry tea in the room. the walk was not pleasent.
