uneven experience overall
the location is quite central with convenient access to the train station.
The air conditioning barely worked. The room felt stuffy the entire time, it was really frustrating.

unclean floor foreign hair
the location is quite convenient. it is near a park, a department store, and several cafes.
the room i had was not satisfactory. the floor was not clean upon arrival (i noticed this particularly in the bathroom). i also found long strands of hair in the bed, that were not mine.

the location was acceptable and close to the city center. it was a short walk.
the breakfast service was poor. no one attended the buffet, and the quality of the food was substandard. mercadona offers better options.

convenient location helpful staff
I found the location very convenient, especially with its proximity to the train station. the staff were helpful, addressing my needs promptly. the room included a bathtub. This was a nice feature that i appreciated after long days.
The air conditioning did not work properly in my room. i woke up several times during the night because the temperature was not stable. This impacted my sleep quality
