The staff was very helpful . They quickly addressed my requests and provided useful information about the area.
I found the room lighting to be quite poor. The dim lighting made it difficult to read or work in the evenings. the noise from the street was noticeable, especially during the night. This disturbed my sleep and made it hard to relax fully.

The room's lighting and curtains were controlled by bedside buttons. This was SO convenient. Bathroom products were from L'Occitane with amazing scents. The staff surprised me with a birthday cake and a message in my room. So kind!!!

the rooms are nicely decorated and clean. staff was also very friendly. they offered assistance promptly and were very helpful. i liked the convenient location near the metro station. it made traveling around the city much easier.
the breakfast had limited variety. the same options are available each morning. there was also a lack of healthy choices.
