faulty shower doorsmall room
I encountered some problems . the shower door did not close properly. this resulted in water spilling onto the bathroom floor (i had to use extra towels to soak it up). additionally, the room i stayed in was rather small. It felt somewhat cramped despite being well-decorated.

Check-in was smooth. I received a welcome drink voucher and a discount for the restaurant. Breakfast had variety and they prepare everything fresh. The location is great and it is very easy go to the main tourist points.
I requested airport pick-up, however, it was not coordinated. Room size is small. Hotel lacks lobby so it difficult to find it the first day.

The hotel location is superb. Cultural attractions were within a short walk (around 5-10 minutes). My room offered balcony views with both the Castelo de São Jorge and Praça da Figueira visible.
The room felt slightly small.
