clean bathroomking bed
The staff was nice. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. I found my room to be exactly what I was looking for. It was perfect size and I like the king size bed. The bathroom was spacious and clean.
I noted the air conditioning did not work. I also found the hairdryer cut the power in the room.

i was so happy the location was fantastic! it was so close to radio city music hall. i saw the rockettes . the cookies were also a lovely touch and they gave me extra, really nice.

The room was very spacious. It had a kitchenette, useful even though i only stayed for a few nights. the extra sink in the kitchenette was especially convenient. The bathroom felt updated.

I appreciated the suggestion from staff to refill my water bottle at the gym. This was a simple yet thoughtful amenity. the gym includes weights, one peloton bike, an elliptical machine. two treadmills.

The hotel location were divine, it is close to many attractions. The room were very clean and the bed I slept in were the most comfortable ever. The staff were ever friendly and polite, always willing to help with a smile, so angelic.
The air conditioning unit were noisy, it kept waking me in the middle of the night. The shower were leaking, and the bathroom door does not close properly. The television does not work. An electrician came and fixed it with difficulty.

the staff was helpful. the room had blackout shades that i liked so much! i was really surprised to find the location excellent. i could easily walk to many attractions and the convenience was unbeatable.

The location was indeed convenient. i found it close to many attractions. early check-in was available and appreciated. the staff suggested i top up my water bottle at the gym. I thought that was helpful.
cleaners woke me up early every morning due to the noise. there was also a lot of noise during the night. my window faced a pile of trash.

the location was great for exploring the city.
The room was small and disappointing. the view overlooked a storage area for the restaurant below, so i kept the blinds closed. the air conditioning unit was right in front of the bed and blew either ice-cold or very hot air. It was loud too. i reported it, but staff didn't seem concerned, and repair could only happen after my departure.
