a romantic retreat high above
clean roomcomfortable bedeasy exploration
My stay included a superior queen room. It was very clean and well-kept. the bed felt comfortable, i slept so deeply. leaving my luggage at the hotel before check-in added to my convenience. the location allowed easy exploration! though the street noise was noticeable at times.
the bathroom lighting had a timer, i found it a bit too short.

The staff worked very well and the concierge was very helpful. porters promptly arranged transport. They always hailed a cab quickly. their kindness enhanced the experience a lot. I felt very welcome.

walkable locationgreat option
The hotel had a walkable location near an event I attended. I dined at the hotel restaurant and the staff suggested great options for dinner. I enjoyed crème brûlée. The location is in easy walking distance to Broadway theaters and on a less congested street.
I am an Accor member and I was let down by this hotel.

comfortable bedsfriendly staffold fashioned roomneeded refurb
the location is great. it is close to everything. the staff were very friendly too. i appreciate the comfortable beds. they helped us get a good night's sleep.
my room felt very old fashioned. it desperately needed a refurb. it feels not like a real five star hotel really. i have stayed in better hotels before. this wasn't the best experience.
