amazing historical suite!
original detail upgraded room helpful staff
i was thrilled with the original details left in place during the room upgrade. i was lucky enough to get upgraded to a one-bedroom historical suite! it was a wonderful experience. the staff were always amazingly helpful with everything.
my bathtub only came with the room

the hotel boasts a superb location close to various attractions. it is also near bars and restaurants. the hotel is situated in a traffic-restricted area, so it is relatively quiet.

the staff was very kind and helpful. the personnel is very friendly and always available to solve problems. i found the staff to be amazingly helpful whether i was interacting with housekeeping, the front desk, the restaurant, or the lounge staff.

wonderful Hotel Experience
clean room room service chocolate chip cookies
The room was big and clean. I really loved the 24-hour room service. If I got hungry at night, I depended on the kitchen staff to cook me a nice sandwich. Staff was nice, especially the breakfast servers. They were fantastic. I really appreciated the warm chocolate chip cookies we received upon arrival, a sweet and welcome surprise.

good selection excellent architecture
The room included a kettle and an iron. The location allows easy walks to shops. Breakfast had a very good selection in an elegant setting. The building have excellent architecture.
There is no free parking, and finding a spot requires a long walk.

This hotel has a great location. The staff was really helpful. The building is gorgeous. I was upgraded to a two bedroom king suite. It was excellently equipped with comfortable beds.
My room lacked slippers, and the mini bar was empty. It felt a bit minimal for a hotel of this reputation.

The hotel is in the heart of the city near the pedestrian area. I found the staff very helpful. They assisted me from arrival to departure. The historic architecture shows respect for its roots.
