bland furnishings
My stay had some issues. Only one person with luggage could fit. also, my room, a 'double room', had quite bland furnishings. it really needed a long mirror. there were two chairs, but neither was comfortable. i expected more from the accomodation.

The hotel's location was convenient to the train station.
The room was not properly prepared. I found an empty body wash bottle upon arrival late in the evening. I told the night receptionist about this. I was told it would be refilled the next day. It took 24 hours and a personal demonstration to get it fixed. There was no apology for the inconvenience.

I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at reception. They were very kind. the breakfast was quite good, i especially enjoyed the dining room's ambiance. the location proved very convenient for exploring. It was easy to get around. i would stay again given the chance (maybe next year!).
It only fits two people with luggage, which occasionally caused a slight delay.

the hotel is situated in an older, well-kept building within a busy urban area. it is very close to pedestrian plazas that feature many cafés and bars. a supermarket and a pharmacy are also nearby.

the double room included high ceilings and large windows that opened, which i found nice. air conditioning worked well and was easy to control. the bedding felt firm, and extra blankets and pillows were available in the closet for extra comfort.
