friendly staff special touch uncomfortable bed warm room
the building held such elegance. our breakfast filled me with joy each morning with its great service. i had a little bag of sweets to take on my journey home. a complimentary drink helped.
the heated towel rails in the bathroom are not possible to turn off. it made the room warm overnight. the bed was uncomfortable. it gave me shin breaking features if i wasnt careful.

average stay with some issues

rattling window sleepless night
the sash window in my room was rattling non stop. it kept me and my partner awake the entire first night. nobody told us to use the wedge on the floor to stop it from rattling at check-in, though it was there. this oversight really ruined the trip since a good night's sleep became impossible.

fantastic accommodation!

friendly staff parking permit great breakfast
the staff were super friendly and always ready to help (they even gave me a map!). the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). i appreciated the temporary parking permit they provided.
the tv was a bit old, and i couldn't connect to any streaming services. it could definitely use an upgrade to a smart tv with wifi.

a decent stay

great location good quality breakfast friendly staff steep stairs loose plugs no air conditioning
i really enjoyed the location! it was super close to everything, i could just walk to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was good quality. there were nice choices! the staff was helpful and friendly.
Our room was on the top floor. The stairs were quite a climb! there's no lift, so keep that in mind! the electric plugs in the room were loose, and we only had a fan, not air conditioning.

mixed feelings about this stay

inefficient design no lift
The location was indeed convenient. It made getting around relatively easy.
my room felt rather dated and small, its design was not efficient. the television was mounted too high. getting to the fourth floor with no lift access was inconvenient, especially with luggage.
