I found the staff very friendly! The room had complimentary breakfast items. I particularly enjoyed the lamb Wellington! The location is great for reaching the golf course.
The room was cold since there was no heating. The shower was quite weak, and the drain in the bath needed some TLC, as it took about 20 minutes to drain after I got out.

Our room included water, coffee, and biscuits. There was also a breakfast bag left outside the door overnight. The bathroom felt modern and well-equipped. I found it very practical.

The hotel provides breakfast packs in the rooms, really handy. The location is next to a busy main road. This makes reaching Shepton Mallet easy.

The staff greeted me warmly and were very helpful. My room had a bath that was lovely. The food was really good. I enjoyed it a lot!
I noticed the corridor carpet seemed old. It would benefit from replacement.

The room included a comfortable bed and a separate bathroom. I found many lamps, and the large window provided great natural light. This superior double room was very spacious and well kept.

the room was small it felt airless. we needed to keep the window open to get some air. i couldn't close the window anyway.
