excellent stay
excellent locationwonderful viewfriendly staffrude manager
this hotel has an excellent location near the ferries to other towns. there are many excellent restaurants a short walk away. the rooftop bar provides a wonderful view of the lake. i also appreciated the immaculate rooms and the friendly staff.
i noticed the breakfast manager was quite rude i found this unpleasant.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. They provided quick assistance with all my inquiries and requests i thought they were efficient.

My room included a terrace with a great view of the lake and surrounding mountains. It had comfortable furniture and a modern bathroom that provided a relaxing atmosphere. the cleanliness of the room was excellent.

the breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options with fresh ingredients ensuring a satisfying start to the day i enjoyed the selection of pastries and fresh fruit available.

The location across the street from the ferry terminal made visiting nearby towns simple and quick. I found it easy to explore varenna and meggiano from this convenient spot. it saved a lot of time.

The room was spacious and clean. i found the bed very comfortable. the hotel's location is ideal, just across from the pier. i appreciated the staff's excellent service from check-in. They remembered me each time i came and went.
The breakfast had limited options, especially regarding meats and pastries. Improvements are needed.

the breakfast buffet offered a great view (i really enjoyed it!). the rooftop terrace was perfect for evening drinks. i also appreciated the attentive staff in the gioya restaurant. the rooms were well designed with modern amenities. i found uk 3 pin sockets to be very useful. the hotel's location was excellent. it was very close to the ferry terminal. the breakfast had comprehensive options.
i noticed a small delay in getting extra towels one evening.
