street noiserattling noise

i found a couple of things less than ideal . the soundproofing seemed inadequate, and i was often disturbed by street noise late into the night. additionally, the air conditioning unit made a rattling noise, quite disruptive. i notified the front desk, but the issue was not resolved during my nights count stay. this did impact my sleep quality to some degree, unfortunately.

The location was central. i could easily walk to major attractions.. the duomo was just a short distance away. the staff was helpful. They promptly assisted with directions and taxi bookings.

The room felt a bit dated. The furniture was old. the bathroom was quite small. the wi-fi was inconsistent. I struggled to stay connected at times.

the staff i met were kind, it made my heart sing. i so loved the free soft drinks, a touch so thoughtful. the breakfast had many choices. my room with a balcony was really amazing.

the shower, while functional, had weak pressure. it was a small issue, and it did not ruin my stay, but a stronger flow would elevate the experience.

this hotel is in a quiet back street, a stones throw from the duomo. it is really easy to reach from linate airport by using the metro. many restaurants and bars are within walking distance for your evening meal.

staff provides a warm welcome on arrival. i loved the excellent service from everyone on the team, they could not do more. the team is helpful to help us to enjoy our time in the city.

the room was clean with nice decoration, with a shiny bathroom and a great shower. toiletries and a hairdryer were provided. i enjoy quiet and effective air conditioning, that makes all the difference, it is true.
