the resort offers fine views and really good cleanliness. the staff is attentive. the restaurant serves delicious cuisine prepared by an experienced chef.
the price of the room was far too high compared with what was available had i negotiated directly. i paid 250.00 euros a night for what was billed as a suite, but it was only about 20% larger than the regular rooms. there was no justification for charging well over double for the slight extra space and large roof terrace.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The room price seemed too high. I paid a lot for a suite. It was only a bit bigger than other rooms. A large roof terrace did not justify the cost. the breakfast service felt slow. The staff seemed overwhelmed. It took a while to get bread with my eggs one morning

the breakfast service requires improvement. there was a long delay for bread after i requested it, IT took half an hour. the staff SEEMED overwhelmed. the narrow blackout curtain did not fully block the pool lighting during the night. this made the room too bright.

The breakfast was large and included many options.
The room thermostat did NOT work properly. The staff knew about it but could not fix the issue because no other rooms were available. I felt inconvenienced.

ineffective air conditioningdifficult driveway
I found a couple of issues . The air conditioning in my room was completely ineffective, it made it hard to sleep because of the heat, and staff couldn't fix it. the access road to the premises was not well maintained. the driveway had a very sharp 90-degree turn. It was difficult to navigate!

The resort features a great pool area. The pool has ample seating and shade is available if needed. The restaurant provided an excellent experience. The food tasted scrumptious and was reasonably priced.
The road leading to the hotel included a steep incline, made the initial arrival slightly challenging.
